The UCLA Medical Alumni Association (MAA) helps you connect with the medical school and alumni peers through reunions, regional events and virtual volunteer opportunities.

Established in 1986, MAA is a volunteer organization with a mission to advance the cause of medical education, to contribute to the excellence of UCLA School of Medicine, and to encourage fellowship.

You are a lifetime member if you are a David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA M.D. or Ph.D. graduate, current or past intern or resident, faculty member, or emeriti faculty. There are no membership dues.

From the President
“The MAA is a diverse and distinguished group of physicians who together form an extensive professional network and function like a large family. There are over 30,000 lifetime members of the MAA, including School of Medicine graduates, faculty members and current and past interns, residents and fellows. See how you can get involved in the MAA, connect with colleagues, be a mentor and participate in continued excellence!”   - Jeannine Rahimian ’95, M.D. ’00, M.B.A. ’00
